根据我国政府加入WTO的相关协议 我国已经从2002年1月1日起开始执行货物贸易的相关承诺。其中汽车相关产品进口关税的大幅降低 在2002年一季度的进口汽车市场上曾经一度导致进口车大幅度降价。随后由于汇率变动和配额许可证费用上涨等因素 进口车价格又开始出现上涨的局面。
According to the relevant agreement of our country’s government joining the WTO, China has already started the implementation of the relevant commitments of the trade in goods from January 1, 2002. Among them, the import tariffs on automobile-related products dropped drastically in the imported automobile market in the first quarter of 2002, which once led to a substantial price reduction of imported cars. Then due to changes in exchange rates and quota permit fees and other factors imported car prices began to rise.
