高校二级学院分党校培训工作是高校党建工作的重要组成部分和基础性工作。本文结合辽东学院师范学院党校培训工作实践,就二级学院党校培训内容与形式的创新作一探讨,以期增强二级学院党校培训工作的实效性。
Training of Party School in Second Level Colleges in Colleges and Universities is an Important Part and Basic Work of Party Building in Colleges and Universities. Based on the practice of Party school training in Liaodong Normal University, this paper discusses the innovation of the content and form of training at the Party School of the second-level college in order to enhance the effectiveness of the training of party school in the second-level college.
