在我厂以往的绕线工艺中,电机扩大机的交流定子绕组和直流定子补偿绕组均采用手工绕制(机动,手把着漆包线),效率低,劳动强度较大,圈数不准。尤其是补偿绕组,以四根线并绕,五个线圈大小不等成阶梯状,检验时往往不得不一圈一圈地数查,特别繁琐。现在用绕组绕线机绕制,由于实现了自动跳槽,大大改善了生产条件,减轻了工人的劳动强度,工效可提高三倍,并且圈数准确,无须测验。
