据伊朗的一项研究指出,多喝添加了维生素D的酸奶或许有助于糖尿病人调节血糖。研究人员将90名患有糖尿病的成年人分为3组,每天饮用两次酸奶。第一级喝普通酸奶;第二组喝富含维生素D的酸奶;第三组喝含维生素D和钙的酸奶。

The researchers divided 90 adults with diabetes into three groups and yogurt twice daily.
