随着我国知识经济的发展,创业企业逐年增多,越来越多创业者带着自己的技术、创意和创业梦想希望找到投资人创立自己的企业,创业投资应运而生。为了拓宽创业投资的资金来源,越来越多的人将目光投向金额大、周期长的养老基金,目前我国养老基金在创业投资领域的开的应用尚待开放。本文针对我国养老基金用于创业投资的优势、可能存在的问题进行分析,并给出了解决建议。
With the development of our country’s knowledge-based economy, more and more start-ups increase year by year. More and more entrepreneurs hope to find investors with their own technology, creativity and entrepreneurial dreams to start their own businesses. Venture capital comes into being. In order to broaden the sources of funding for venture capital, more and more people are turning their attention to pension funds with large amounts and long periods. At present, the application of pension funds in the field of venture capital has yet to be opened up. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of pension funds for venture capital in China, and gives some suggestions for settlement.
