试验研究了(0.04C-16Cr)热轧不锈钢板材的金相组织组成、拉伸断口形貌以及在酸性腐蚀介质中的浸泡腐蚀特征。其结果为:这种铁素体不锈钢在热轧制(空冷)后组织极不均匀,中心组织较为粗大,表层组织较为细小;其组织组成为:沿轧制方向呈竹节状分布的基体铁素体和晶界处多量的细小弥散的(Cr,Fe)23C6碳化物颗粒,它们构成了特征的条带组织;拉伸断口出现侧向分层开裂,在酸性腐蚀介质中有较明显的分层腐蚀。综合分析表明,试验用钢的断裂形貌、腐蚀特征是由其条带组织所致。
The microstructure, tensile fracture morphology and immersion corrosion characteristics of (0.04C-16Cr) hot-rolled stainless steel sheet were studied. The results are as follows: the ferritic stainless steel has a very uneven microstructure after hot rolling (air cooling), a thicker central structure and a finer surface texture, and has the following microstructure: matrix iron with a bamboo-like distribution along the rolling direction A large amount of finely dispersed (Cr, Fe) 23C6 carbide particles at the grain boundaries and in the bulk and at the grain boundaries formed the characteristic banding structure. Lateral delamination cracking occurred at the tensile fracture and more pronounced points were observed in the acidic corrosive medium Layer corrosion. The comprehensive analysis shows that the fracture morphology and corrosion characteristics of the test steel are caused by its stripe structure.
