铍的极谱测定研究不多,最近已有人报导了用铍试剂Ⅲ测定矿石中微量铍的催化极谱法。本文是在“铍与钍试剂Ⅰ的极谱研究”的基础上,用抗坏血酸消除铬酸根的干扰,用EDTA消除铁、铅、镉等干扰,并应用于矿石中微量铍的测定。本法基于铍在NH_4Cl-NH_4OH介质中与钍试剂Ⅰ生成络合物,在-0.55伏产生灵敏度较高的极谱波,可测到0.005微克/毫升的铍。本法具有干扰少,可直接测定矿石中微量铍。
There have been few studies on the determination of beryllium by polarography. Recently, the catalytic polarographic method for the determination of trace beryllium in ore using beryllium reagent III has been reported. Based on the “polarographic study of beryllium and thorium reagent Ⅰ”, this article eliminated the interference of chromate by ascorbic acid, eliminated the interference of iron, lead and cadmium by EDTA, and applied it to the determination of trace beryllium in ore. This method based on beryllium in the NH_4Cl-NH_4OH medium with thorium reagent Ⅰ complex, at -0.55 volts to produce more sensitive polarography wave, measurable 0.005 micrograms / ml of beryllium. The law has less interference, direct determination of trace beryllium ore.
