抗战时期,内蒙古察右中旗是大青山抗日根据地的重要组成部分,留下了无数老一辈革命者的光辉足迹。如今,察右中旗连年被划为国家级贫困县,有着上万的贫困人口。当地有识之士遂发扬老一辈的革命精神,立足当地环境,展开了漫漫农业扶贫路……2016年,我国发布的《中国居民膳食指南》中强调,要“食物多样,谷物为主”。人体每天需摄入谷薯类食物250-400克,其中全谷物和杂豆类50-150克,薯类50-100克。保证食物多样、谷类为主,是平衡膳食模式的重要特征。
