目的:研究生兴克癌冲剂的抗肿瘤作用及对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:通过抑瘤率的检测观察生兴克癌冲剂对H22、S180、EAC、Lewis肺癌、W256移植性肿瘤的生长抑制作用;通过生命延长率的检测,观察生兴克癌冲剂对荷P388白血病小鼠生存时间的影响;对荷S180肉瘤小鼠的血清半数溶血素值和网状内皮系统(RES)吞噬功能的检测考察生兴克癌冲剂对荷瘤小鼠体液免疫和细胞免疫功能的影响。结果:生兴克癌冲剂20、10g/kg可显著抑制小鼠H22、S180、EAC、Lewis肺癌和大鼠W256移植性肿瘤的生长有明显抑制作用;生兴克癌冲剂20、10g/kg可显著延长荷P388白血病小鼠的存活时间;与S180荷瘤组相比,生兴克癌冲剂20、10g/kg组可显著提高由荷瘤引起的小鼠血清半数溶血素值的降低,表明其可提高荷瘤小鼠体液免疫功能;并且生兴克癌冲剂20g/kg组可显著提高荷S180肉瘤小鼠的免疫吞噬系数α值,表明其亦可提高荷瘤小鼠细胞免疫功能。结论:生兴克癌冲剂对H22、S180、EAC、Lewis肺癌、W256有明显抑制作用,对荷P388白血病小鼠的存活时间显著延长作用,对荷瘤小鼠体液免疫和细胞免疫功能有明显的提高作用。
Objective: To investigate the anti-tumor effect of graduated Xingke cancer granules and its effect on immune function of tumor-bearing mice. METHODS: The growth inhibitory effect of Shengxingke Cancer Granules on H22, S180, EAC, Lewis lung cancer and W256 transplanted tumors was observed by inhibition of tumor growth rate; Effects of mouse survival time on the half serum hemolysin and reticuloendothelial system (RES) phagocytosis in mice bearing S180 sarcoma; Effects of Shengxingke granules on humoral immunity and cellular immunity in tumor-bearing mice . RESULTS: Shengxing Ke Cancer Granules (20 and 10 g/kg) could significantly inhibit the growth of H22, S180, EAC, Lewis lung cancer and W256 transplanted tumors in mice. Shengxing Ke Cancer Granules (20, 10 g/kg) The survival time of mice bearing P388 leukemia was significantly prolonged. Compared with the S180 tumor-bearing group, the Shengxing Ke Chong 20 and 10 g/kg group significantly increased the serum half-hemolysin value caused by tumor-bearing mice, indicating that The humoral immune function of the tumor-bearing mice can be increased; and the Shengji cancer granules in the 20g/kg group can significantly increase the immune phagocytic coefficient α value of the S180 sarcoma-bearing mice, indicating that it can also improve the cellular immune function of tumor-bearing mice. Conclusion: ShengXingKeCai Granule has significant inhibitory effect on H22, S180, EAC, Lewis lung cancer and W256, and prolongs the survival time of mice bearing P388 leukemia. It has obvious humoral and cellular immune function in tumor-bearing mice. Improve the role.
