油气计量是一项要害工作,做好标准化管理对确保“公平、公正、准确计量”和确保油气计量工作的安全起着十分重要的作用。因此,本文针对如何强化油气计量标准化管理浅谈几点建议。主要从建立、培训、实施和完善四个方面进行油气计量的标准化管理,进而能充分发挥标准化的管理作用,使企业顺利地完成科学化、法制化、标准化管理,提高企业的管理水平。
Oil and gas measurement is a crucial task and doing a good job of standardized management plays a very important role in ensuring “fair, just and accurate measurement” and ensuring the safety of oil and gas measurement. Therefore, this article focuses on how to strengthen the standard management of oil and gas measurement on a few suggestions. The main objective is to standardize the management of oil and gas metering from the four aspects of establishment, training, implementation and improvement so as to give full play to the role of standardization in management so that the enterprises can successfully complete the management of scientific, legal and standardized management and improve their management level.
