菊苣(Herba Cichorii)为清热利湿、健脾药物,味微苦、咸,性凉。大量的动物实验及临床观察表明其具有降低血糖、血脂,对糖尿病及其并发症具有一定的防治作用[1]。本文观察了菊苣多糖对实验性链尿菌素糖尿病大鼠血糖、糖耐量的影响,旨在证实菊苣多糖抗糖尿病作用,探讨其可能的作用机制。
Chicory (Herba Cichorii) for the heat dampness, spleen medicine, taste bitter, salty, cool. A large number of animal experiments and clinical observations show that it has lower blood sugar, blood lipids, diabetes and its complications have a preventive effect [1]. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of chicory polysaccharides on blood glucose and glucose tolerance in experimental streptozotocin diabetic rats. The aim of this study is to confirm the antidiabetic effect of chicory polysaccharides and to explore its possible mechanism.
