对钢轨进行全长欠速淬火是提高其使用寿命的主要途径。为了保证淬火钢轨质量的稳定,提高淬火钢轨的一级品率和成品率,设计出钢轨全长欠速淬火模糊控制系统,对钢轨淬火过程进行自动控制。该控制器综合了模糊控制和PID控制的优点,具有超调小,响应快,鲁棒性强等特点。应用结果表明,该控制器使得淬火钢轨的一级品率与成材率大大提高,具有推广应用价值。
Full-length under-speed rail quenching is the main way to improve its service life. In order to ensure the stability of the quality of quenched rails and improve the first-grade yield and yield of quenched rails, a fuzzy control system of full-speed under-quenching of rails was designed to automatically control the quenching process of rails. The controller combines the advantages of fuzzy control and PID control, with overshoot, fast response, robustness and other characteristics. The application results show that the controller makes the first-grade product rate and finished product rate of quenched rail greatly improved, which has the promotion and application value.
