乳康平颗粒剂在预防治疗用肾上腺素加冷刺激形成的大白鼠血瘀证动物模型，测定其血液流变学指标，实验结果表明该药能降低模型大白鼠的全血粘度（低切速）、血浆粘度、ＲＢＣ压积，反映该药具有活血化瘀作用。
Rokukaning granules were used to prevent and treat the animal model of blood stasis syndrome in rats that was stimulated by adrenaline and cold stimulation. The blood rheology parameters were measured. The experimental results showed that the drug can reduce the whole blood viscosity of model rats (low shear velocity). Plasma viscosity, RBC pressure, reflect the drug’s role in promoting blood circulation.
