新形势下,高校学生党建工作面临前所未有的发展机遇和风险挑战。本文在抽样调查的基础上深入研究石油与天然气工程学院学生党建工作机制现状及原因,在此基础上围绕重庆科技学院学风建设主线和石油类专业人才培养方案内容,从学生党建工作理念、内容、方式、载体等方面进行了创新,构建了富有专业特色的基层学生党建工作机制,为高校基层学生党建工作的特色化开展提供实践指导。
Under the new situation, the party construction of college students is facing unprecedented opportunities for development and risk challenges. Based on the sample survey, this paper deeply studies the status quo and causes of Party building mechanism of students in petroleum and natural gas engineering institute. On the basis of this, the author focuses on the main points of the style of study building of Chongqing University of Science and Technology and the training programs of oil professionals, Ways, carriers and other aspects of innovation, building a professional characteristics of the grass-roots party construction mechanism for students, grass-roots party building for college students to provide practical guidance to carry out the work.
