我们对3307例机械工人的翼状胬肉的发病情况进行了调查,结果如下: 1、总发病率:2.1％(70:3307) 2、发病与性别的关系:男性2295人,66人发病,发病率为2.9％;女性1012人,4人发病(发病率为0.4％)。男高于女,x~2=20,86,P<0.01。 3、发病与年龄的关系:20岁以下发病者为“0”,以40—60岁组发病者最多,共查1268,发病者57人,本组发病率为10.4％;60岁以上组查33人,发病4人,发病率为12.1％。 4、发病与工种的关系:有尘作业者发病率为5％(13:259);无尘作业者发病率为1.87％(5
