目的:探讨肾茶对UUO大鼠肾组织Fas(Fas蛋白)、FasL(FasL蛋白)表达的影响。方法:将清洁级SD大鼠随机分为模型组、假手术组、肾茶组。模型组、肾茶组分离、结扎左侧输尿管,并离断;假手术组只分离左侧输尿管,不结扎、离断。肾茶组给予剂量为8g/kg的肾茶煎剂灌胃,模型组、假手术组给予等体积的生理盐水灌胃,分别于术后3d,7d,14d在每组大鼠中随机取8只,麻醉后心脏取血测定血尿素氮、血肌酐,处死大鼠,摘取左侧(术侧)肾脏后采用免疫组化方法检测大鼠肾组织中Fas和FasL的表达。结果:同模型组相比,术后3d、7d、14d肾茶组血尿素氮、血肌酐下降,肾间质纤维化程度减轻,Fas、FasL表达下调,各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肾茶能够延缓单侧输尿管结扎大鼠肾间质纤维化程度,其疗效可能是使进行性纤维化的肾组织Fas、FasL的表达降低。
Objective: To investigate the effect of kidney tea on the expression of Fas (Fas) protein and FasL protein in renal tissue of UUO rats. Methods: The clean level SD rats were randomly divided into model group, sham operation group and kidney tea group. The model group and Shencha group were separated and the left ureter was ligated and severed. The left ureter was separated only from the sham-operated group without ligating or disconnecting. The expression of Fas and FasL in renal tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: Compared with the model group, the levels of blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, renal interstitial fibrosis and the expressions of Fas and FasL were decreased on the 3d, 7d and 14d after operation in the model group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Kidney tea can delay unilateral ureteral obstruction in rats with renal interstitial fibrosis, the effect may be to make progressive fibrosis renal tissue Fas, FasL expression decreased.
