用醚醇法和水煎醇沉法提取瓜蒌皮的有效成分,并用Ca2+跨膜测量方法,研究了各提取物对大鼠主动脉PDC钙通道Ca2+内流的影响,以探明瓜蒌皮治疗冠心病的有效组份.结果表明,氯仿和醇溶物能阻滞Ca2+内流,其中氯仿提取物浓度为30×10-3g/mL时,可使Ca2+内流量比对照下降31.57%,而水溶物的作用则相反;瓜蒌皮中可能有7种具有治疗冠心病的活性组份
The effect of each extract on the Ca2+ influx of PDC calcium channels in rat aorta was studied by means of Ca2+ transmembrane measurement method using ether alcohol method and water decoction and alcohol precipitation method to ascertain the melon skin. The effective component for the treatment of coronary heart disease. The results showed that chloroform and alcohol soluble substances could block the Ca2+ influx. When the concentration of chloroform extract was 30×10-3g/mL, the internal flow of Ca2+ could be reduced by 31.57% compared to the control, while the effect of the water soluble substance was opposite. ; There may be 7 kinds of active components for the treatment of coronary heart disease in melon skin
