目的:建立白英总生物碱含量测定方法。方法:紫外-可见分光光度法,以澳洲茄胺为对照品,测定波长为414nm。结果:澳洲茄胺在0.016mg~0.096mg范围内有良好的线性关系,计算得回归方程:Y=0.1466X+0.133,R=0.9998;加样回收率为100.05%(RSD=1.281%);供试品溶液在0~2h内稳定(RSD=0.354%)。全国不同产地白英药材26个样品中甾体总生物碱的含量在0.08%~0.24%之间。结论:该方法简便、快速、测定结果准确,可用于白英总生物碱的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of total alkaloids in Baiying. Method: UV-Vis spectrophotometry, using solanesulfan as the reference substance, the determination wavelength was 414nm. RESULTS: There was a good linearity in the range of 0.0116 mg-0.096 mg of solanol in Australia. The regression equation was calculated as: Y=0.1466X+0.133, R=0.9998; the recovery of the sample was 100.05% (RSD=1.281%); The test solution was stable within 0-2 h (RSD=0.354%). The total alkaloid content of carcass in the 26 samples from different parts of China was between 0.08% and 0.24%. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for the determination of total alkaloids in Chinese white amber.
