目的 :探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (basic fibroblast growth factor,b FGF)对大鼠颈总动脉血栓形成的影响。方法 :Wistar大鼠 5 0只 ,随机分成生理盐水组、肝素组、b FGF组 (又分 b FGF1 组、b FGF2 组、b FGF3组 ) ,每组 10只。于大鼠的股静脉分别注射生理盐水 (10 m l/kg)、肝素钠 (12 0 0 U /kg)以及 b FGF大、中、小剂量组分别为 80 0 0 0、4 0 0 0 0、1U /kg,给药后 5min,于动脉内插管下方进行电激 ,直至血压曲线的消失 ,记录电激开始至压力曲线消失的时间 ,即血栓堵塞时间。结果 :肝素组和 b FGF组与生理盐水组比较 ,平均堵塞时间延长 (P <0 .0 1) ;肝素组与各 b FGF组之间比较 ,肝素的平均堵塞时间明显较长 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :b FGF可以延长大鼠动脉血栓形成的时间 ,并呈现一定的量效关系。
Objective: To investigate the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (b FGF) on carotid artery thrombosis in rats. Methods: Fifty Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal saline group, heparin group and b FGF group (divided into b FGF1 group, b FGF2 group and b FGF3 group). Rats in the femoral vein were injected with normal saline (10 ml / kg), heparin sodium (1200 U / kg) and b FGF large, medium and small dose groups were 80 000 0 400 000, 1U / kg, administered 5min after the endotracheal tube under the electric shock until the disappearance of blood pressure curve, record the beginning of the electric shock until the pressure curve disappears, that is, clogging time of the thrombus. Results: Compared with saline group, heparin group and bFGF group had longer average blockage time (P <0.01); mean heparin block time was significantly longer between heparin group and each bFGF group (P <0 .0 1). Conclusion: b FGF can prolong the time of arterial thrombosis in rats and show some dose-response relationship.
