改革开放初期,国有房地产企业一度在城市建设中起着中流砥柱的作用,它们无愧是城市建设的功臣元老,业界先驱。然而,当硬件装备日益先进、软件设施日益完善的时候,它却机能老化,呈现出了龙钟之态。在这种情况下,国有房地产企业究竟要以怎样的姿态在市场经济汹涌澎湃的大潮中站稳脚跟,如何增强紧迫感,制订应对方略求存图强,已是不容回避和刻不容缓的重大课题。
In the early stage of reform and opening up, state-owned real estate enterprises once played the role of the mainstay in urban construction. They deserved to be heroic veterans and pioneers in urban construction. However, as the hardware and equipment are increasingly advanced and the software facilities are improving day by day, it is aging and showing a time-lapse. Under such circumstances, what kind of attitude should state-owned real estate establish a firm foothold in the surging tide of market economy?
