经历了2001年的寒冬后,世界航运业迎来了春天。沐浴在明媚春光中的3大中国航运业巨头,都不约而同地谋划将各自旗下的航运资产向海外股市“推销“。中海集团集装箱运输业务有望上半年赴港上市,中远集团在积极设计船队海外上市方案,具体方式可能是海外上市融资,或将资产注入境外已上市公司中。中国外运旗下船队计划7月份在港发行红筹股,争取在9月前筹资5至6亿美元。
After the winter of 2001, the world shipping industry ushered in spring. The three major Chinese shipping giants, bathed in shining spring, are invariably planning to “market” their own shipping assets to overseas markets. CSCL’s container shipping business is expected to go public in Hong Kong in the first half of the year. COSCO Group is actively designing a plan to go public overseas for the fleet, which may be overseas listing and financing or injecting assets into overseas listed companies. Sinotrans’s fleet plans to issue red chips in Hong Kong in July in an effort to raise 500 million to 600 million U.S. dollars by September.
