以梭梭种子为实验材料,以1/2MS、1/4MS、MS为基本培养基,考察水解酪蛋白(CH)和肌醇(IP)、蔗糖、pH值、硝酸银及激素组合对梭梭无菌苗腋芽萌发及丛生芽形成的影响。结果表明,不添加水解酪蛋白(CH)和肌醇(IP)的处理,其单株真叶数及相对生长率分别提高了83.3%、1倍;1/4MS+蔗糖10g/L+IBA 10.0 mg/L或AgNO3 0.5mg/L+IBA 5mg/L+6-BA 1.0mg/L、pH 5.8~8.0时,单株真叶数的相对生长率最大;苗龄为40d、MS+6-BA 0.6mg/L+硝酸银4.0mg/L时块均芽数最多为14个。添加水解酪蛋白(CH)和肌醇(IP)对梭梭无菌苗腋芽萌发没有促进作用,低浓度蔗糖及硝酸银有利于梭梭无菌苗腋芽萌发,较高浓度的硝酸银有利于无菌苗形成丛生芽。
Haloxylon ammodendron was used as experimental material, with 1/2, 1MS and 1 / 4MS as the basic medium. The effects of hydrolyzed casein (CH), inositol (IP), sucrose, pH, Effects of Aseptic Buds on Axillary Bud Germination and Clustering Bud Formation. The addition of hydrolyzed casein (CH) and inositol (IP) did not promote the axillary bud germination of the asexual seedlings of Haloxylon ammodendron. Sucrose and silver nitrate were beneficial to the axillary bud germination of the asexual seedlings of Haloxylon ammodendron, while the higher concentration of silver nitrate favored no Bacterial shoots form clusters of buds.
