目的 :探讨可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (sIL - 2R)在结核性脑膜炎 (结脑 )发生中的作用。方法 :采用双抗体夹心ELISA法对 36例结脑患者及 38例例正常对照脑脊液sIL - 2R水平进行了检测。结果 :结脑组治疗前脑脊液sIL - 2R水平显著高于对照组 ;抗痨治疗后脑脊液sIL - 2R水平较治疗前显著降低 ,但仍明显高于对照组。结论 :sIL - 2R参与了结脑患者发病过程 ,检测脑脊液sIL - 2R水平对判断结脑患者病情转归及治疗效果有一定的临床意义。
Objective: To investigate the role of soluble interleukin - 2 receptor (sIL - 2R) in the pathogenesis of tuberculous meningitis (tuberculous meningitis). Methods: The levels of sIL - 2R in cerebrospinal fluid of 36 patients with tuberculous meningitis and 38 normal controls were detected by double antibody sandwich ELISA. Results: The level of sIL - 2R in cerebrospinal fluid of patients in Jienao group was significantly higher than that in control group. The level of sIL - 2R in cerebrospinal fluid was significantly lower than that of control group after anticonvulsant treatment, but still significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusion: sIL - 2R is involved in the pathogenesis of tuberculous meningitis in cerebrospinal fluid. It is of clinical significance to detect the level of sIL - 2R in cerebrospinal fluid in judging the prognosis of patients with tuberculous meningitis and its therapeutic effect.
