博客和微博的出现,在中国是一个里程碑式的事件,它们使社会的公开言论更加多元化。有趣的是,在博客中最有影响力和最有争议的博主,多数来自房地产行业,房地产大佬成为明星博主,例如华远房地产公司董事长任志强,SOHO中国的老板潘石屹、万科房地产公司董事局主席王石等人,都是家喻户晓的意见领袖。他们不仅花费大量精力写博客,还经常在各种场合高谈阔论,指点市场,成了企业最佳的代言人与形象大使,为企业节省了大量的广告费。客观地说,这些地产大佬也确有一定的理论与实践水平,他们敢于发表个人意见,即使有些观点不那么受欢迎。
