随着生产力的发展,工业产品生产开始流水化,在自动化生产线中送料单元是很重要的一部分,送料单元的效率和与生产工况的适应水平在一定程度上影响了整体生产的效率。为避免带传送等传动方式在特殊恶劣工况下的不适应性,本文设计构思了一种简单可行且性价比高的曲柄摇杆送料机构。结合传送距离与特定速度,在计算确定机构主要结构尺寸的情况下,本文作出对此曲柄摇杆送料机构的综述。
With the development of productive forces, the industrial production begins to be fluidized. The feeding unit in the automated production line is a very important part. The efficiency of the feeding unit and the adaptation level with the production conditions affect the overall production efficiency to a certain extent. In order to avoid inadvertent adaptability of transmission modes such as belt transmission under special adverse conditions, this paper designs a simple and feasible cost-effective crank rocker feeding mechanism. Combined with the transmission distance and the specific speed, in the calculation to determine the main structure size of the agency case, this paper gives a summary of the crank rocker feeding mechanism.
