课程改革已经如火如荼地进行了十多年,全国上下取得了瞩目的成绩。怎样在课堂中找准自己的位置,演活自己的角色,实现自己的价值,是一个值得广大教师们认真思考的问题。我也一直在思考这个问题。2015年11月浙江大学之行让我有了进一步的感触,在聆听了专家们精彩的讲座之后,我感悟到教师应该从以下几个方面进行角色定位:一、平等的参与者美国教育学家多尔说:教师在师生中的关系是“平等中的首席。”1]他提倡
Curriculum reform has been in full swing for more than a decade, and the country has made remarkable achievements. How to identify their own position in the classroom, perform their own role, to realize their own value, is a question worthy of the majority of teachers seriously. I have also been thinking about this issue. After visiting Zhejiang University in November 2015, I felt further. After listening to the wonderful lectures from experts, I realized that teachers should position their roles in the following aspects: I. Equal Participants The American educators Dole said: The teacher-teacher relationship is the chief of equality. "1 He advocated
