通过[3H]-TdR掺入法研究了粒径在15~20 nm的纳米金溶胶对正常细胞(人体表皮细胞、人体皮肤成纤维细胞)和癌细胞(HeLa细胞、K562细胞)活性的影响.结果发现,纳米金可以在一定浓度范围内促进人体正常皮肤细胞的增殖,具有剂量依赖性和时间依赖性.当浓度小于50μmol/L时,随浓度的增加,其对正常细胞增殖的促进作用增加;而随浓度的进一步增加,转化为对正常细胞增殖的抑制作用.当纳米金的浓度不大于50μmol/L时,纳米金对癌细胞的细胞活性没有明显影响;浓度大于50μmol/L时,随浓度的增加,对癌细胞抑制作用增强.
The effect of nano-gold sol with particle size of 15 ~ 20 nm on the activity of normal cells (human epidermal cells, human skin fibroblasts) and cancer cells (HeLa cells, K562 cells) was investigated by [3H] -TdR incorporation.
