为了评价子宫内膜癌患者附件受浸(AI)的预后意义及预后因素,回顾性分析了芝加哥医院1980～1996年间诊治的514例子宫内膜癌病人的临床病理资料,132例手术前接受过放射治疗或单用放射治疗的除外,382例行全子宫加双附件切除术,75％的病人留腹腔冲洗液送细胞学检查,62.5％的病人盆腔及腹主动脉的淋巴结取活检。按FIGO手术分期,382例中Ⅰ期226例(59.2％),Ⅱ期48例
In order to evaluate the prognostic significance and prognosis of endometrial cancer patients receiving immersion (AI), the clinicopathological data of 514 patients with endometrial cancer diagnosed and treated in Chicago Hospital from 1980 to 1996 were retrospectively reviewed. 132 patients who underwent surgery before surgery Radiotherapy or radiotherapy alone, 382 cases of hysterectomy with double attachment resection, 75% of patients with intraperitoneal flushing cytology, 62.5% of patients with pelvic and abdominal aortic lymph node biopsy.
