目的对某医院新建CT引导125I粒子源植入场所的辐射水平进行监测与评价,以保护操作人员和公众健康,同时为卫生行政部门审批建设项目提供科学的技术依据。方法按国家放射卫生防护相关监测规范,在正常工作状态下进行布点监测,并采用现场卫生学调查相结合的原则进行评价。结果125I粒子源植入场所辐射水平平均剂量为0.3μGy.h-1,临床操作医生在植入7粒125I共2.07×108Bq时,10~50 cm处剂量范围在0.4~1.0μGy.h-1。结论该院新建CT引导125I粒子植入场所放射防护屏蔽效果经检测基本合格,所设置的放射防护管理措施及粒子源植入的临床医生纳入放射工作人员进行管理,符合国家放射卫生防护标准之规定。
Objective To monitor and evaluate the radiation level of 125I particle source implantation site guided by new CT in a hospital in order to protect operators and public health and provide scientific technical basis for approval of construction projects by health administrative departments. Methods According to the national monitoring standards for radiation protection, the monitoring was conducted under normal working conditions and evaluated by the principle of on-site hygiene investigation. Results The average dose of radiation level at the site of implantation of 125I seeds was 0.3μGy.h-1. When 7 125I total 2.07 × 108Bq were implanted, the dose range of 10 ~ 50 cm was 0.4 ~ 1.0μGy.h-1 . CONCLUSION: Radiation protection shielding effect of 125I particle implantation site guided by new CT in this hospital has been basically qualified. The radiation protection management measures and the implantation of particle source clinicians are included in the management of radiological staff, which meets the requirements of national radiological protection standards .
