本文在测定 Bt菌液对鞭角华扁叶蜂的胃毒毒力的基础上 ,进行了 Bt菌液单用和与 2 .5 %溴氰菊酯乳油混用防治鞭角华扁叶蜂 Chinolyda flagellicornis(F.Smith)的研究。室内生物测定表明 Bt菌液对鞭角华扁叶蜂有着较高的毒力 ,它的 L C50 值为 91 3 (稀释倍数 ) ;Bt菌液和溴氰菊酯乳油的混合使用存在着增效 ;林间试验的防治效果经济指数表明 ,Bt菌液和 2 .5 %溴氰菊酯乳油在混合药液中的稀释倍数分别为 5 0 0和 2万倍时 ,是最为理想的防治模式
In this paper, Bt bacterial liquid determination of Bipolaris gastritis on the basis of the Bt bacteria alone and with 2.5% deltamethrin EC mixed with prevention and treatment of flagellate beetle beetle Chinolyda flagellicornis (Smithy) research. Laboratory bioassay showed that the bacterial strain Bt had higher virulence to the Acanthopagna serrata, with an L C50 value of 91 3 (dilution factor). The mixed use of Bt bacteria and deltamethrin had synergistic effects ; Prevention and Control Effect of Forest Experiment The economic index showed that the optimum control mode was Bt bacteria solution and 2.5% deltamethrin emulsifiable solution when the dilution ratio was 500 and 20000 times, respectively
