凹模下压式挤压铸造工艺及模具设计

根据铝合金连接座零件壁厚不均匀的结构特点,采用挤压铸造成形工艺,设计出凹模下压式挤压铸造模具,利用凹模的下压动作使液态金属在足够的比压下塑性流动、补缩和结晶凝固,余料存于凹模底部不影响铸件尺寸精度要求,解决了成形过程中出现的浇不足、冷隔、裂纹缺陷,生产实践表明,凹模下压式挤压铸造模具能够满足企业要求。 According to the structural feature of uneven thickness of aluminum alloy connector parts, extrusion die casting process is used to design the die under pressure extrusion casting mold, the use of die under pressure to make the liquid metal at a sufficient pressure than the plastic Flow, shrinkage and crystallization solidification, the remaining material stored in the bottom of the die does not affect the accuracy requirements of the casting size to solve the formation of the lack of pouring, cold insulation, crack defects, production practice shows that the die extrusion die-casting Mold to meet business requirements.
