1996年以来,沙井人民医院推出一系列控制总体医疗成本,提高综合效益的改革措施,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。推行了全成本核算,完善医疗成本管理;实行了全员聘任制,做到减员增效;执行了招标采购制度,降低药品构成比例;控制了病人诊疗费用负担,推出优质廉价服务;实施了后勤社会化,减轻后勤管理压力;落实了收费公示制和清单制,接受群众监督。这些措施体现了江总书记“三个代表”重要思想,代表了广大人民群众的根本利益,也符合医院的长远利益,是医院可持续发展的需要。
