在幼儿不同的发育期内应用四环素类药物,可致牙齿变色,导致牙釉质发育不良,这已引起了广大医务工作者的注意。但应用红霉素造成幼儿牙齿着色及釉质发育不良尚少见报道。现报告2例如下。例1:蒋某,女,5岁半。1979年5月因患急性咽炎,医嘱用红霉素粉0.3g,加水适量,蒸气吸入,每日1次。3天后上颌恒切牙(?)牙冠唇侧面有黄色沉着,即予停药。1周后,牙冠唇面釉质变为深黄色。1月后检查发现切牙牙冠表面出现点状和沟状凹陷,诊断为釉质发育不全。追问病史,其母有青霉素、链霉素及磺胺类药物过敏史,患儿有磺胺药物及链霉素过敏史,从未使用过四环素。例2:唐某,女,5岁。1983年因上呼吸道感染,应用红霉素,每次口服0.125g,每日3次,连服4天。在用药后2周,牙冠唇面出现黄色,1月后检查切牙呈点状、沟状凹陷。拟诊为牙釉质发育不全。

Asked history, the mother of penicillin, streptomycin and sulfa allergy history, children with sulfa drugs and streptomycin allergy history, tetracycline has never been used. Example 2: Tangmou, female, 5 years old. 1983 due to upper respiratory tract infection, the application of erythromycin, 0.125g orally each time, 3 times a day, and even for 4 days. Two weeks after treatment, the lip of the crown appeared yellow, and the incisors were punctate and ditch-shaped after January. To be diagnosed as enamel hypoplasia.
