莫斯科航讯:中国科学院访苏代表团代表、生物学家贝时璋对本社记者谈述了这次访问苏联的观感。贝时璋概述了他这次访问苏联生物科学界的感想。他说:我们在莫斯科、列宁格勒和基辅等地参观了近二十个生物科学研究机关,曾经多次和苏联著名的生物学家座谈,有时还单独向他们请教。从访问和座谈中,我们发现他们非常重视马克思、恩格斯、列宁、斯大林的理论的学习。所以,他们能够不断提高自己的政治水平和掌握正确的思想方法。他们在工作中有许多优越的地方。第一,苏联科学工作者的目的性非常明确,看问题很全面。贝时璋举出他们在莫斯科参观奥巴林院士所领导的生物化学研究所的一次博士论文答辩时的情况为例。受学位的人曾提出关於改良小麦品种的生物化学基础的研究报告。他在报告中不但分析了内外条件对小麦品种生物化学变化的影响,而且研究了各种麦子,以至小麦的发酵加工到制成面包后的营养价值。他批评了过去以含蛋白质的情况作为小麦品种优劣的标准是片面的,甚至是错误的。因为,有些小麦品种,按照它所含的蛋白质判断,从前认为是优良的,但经加工后却容易变质,营养价值不大。苏联科学工作者常常把人民的利益放在第一位,他们用生物化学方法来研究改良麦子品种,认为麦子加工制成好面包后才算是优良品种.
Moscow Airline News: Chinese Academy of Sciences delegation to visit the Soviet delegation, biologist Bei Shizhang told reporters about the visit to the Soviet Union.
