1894年在德国博尔纳镇的马群中爆发了一种以精神症状为突出表现的致死性马脑炎,后证实该病是由一种有包膜的非节段性单股负链RN A病毒引起,即博尔纳病病毒(BDV ),该病毒引起的疾病称为Borna病(BD)[1]。BDV 编码六种病毒蛋白,包括核蛋白( p38/p40 N )、非糖基化的特殊蛋白(p10X)、磷蛋白(p24/p16P)、基质蛋白(gp18M )、糖蛋白(gp94G )和 RNA 依赖的 RNA 聚合酶(p190L )[2]。BDV同其他病毒一样经历从病毒进入宿主细胞开始、到基因表达最后释放子代病毒的生活周期,本文将对BDV 在宿主细胞内的生活周期进行综述。
