常用的琼脂斜面试管,制作手续较为麻烦,为此介绍一种简易可行的卫生纸试管做法。培养基配方:取清水500毫升,加入白糖20克,维生素B_13片,维生素B_63片。搅拌溶化后备用。用卫生纸一张折裁成7厘米见方小块,取8块一摞,再折叠成2厘米宽小条块。然后分装试管,一张卫生纸可制作4支试管。小条块装入试管后,即可将培养液倒入试管浸湿卫生纸后,再将多余的培养液倒出。千万不得使试管里有流动余液。然后用一层耐高温塑料纸包扎试管口,而后再用两层牛皮纸包扎。包好后置于1.5公斤/厘米~2高压灭菌30分钟,或常压灭菌3小时。
