采用模拟大生产的连续升温条件测定超低碳铝镇静钢的再结晶温度,研究了冷轧压下率对再结晶温度和各项性能的影响。分析比较发现,碳含量在0.003%(质量分数)的铝镇静钢冷轧薄板,当冷轧压下率为70%、75%、80%时,开始再结晶温度为560~570℃,T50分别在585、575、565℃左右,随冷轧压下率增大再结晶温度降低;对冷轧板经700℃模拟罩式退火后进行单向拉伸试验。结果表明,退火板具有良好的力学性能和成形性能,压下率为70%~80%时,r值随压下率增大而提高,最高可达到2.44。
The recrystallization temperature of ultra-low carbon aluminum killed steel was determined by simulating the continuous heating condition of large-scale production. The influence of cold-rolling reduction on recrystallization temperature and various properties was studied. The results show that the recrystallization temperature is 560-570 ℃ when the cold rolling reduction is 70%, 75% and 80%, respectively, when the carbon content is 0.003% (mass fraction) At the temperature of 585, 575 and 565 ℃, the recrystallization temperature decreased with the reduction of cold rolling reduction rate. The uniaxial tensile test was carried out on the cold-rolled steel after simulated annealing at 700 ℃. The results show that the annealed sheet has good mechanical properties and formability. When the reduction ratio is 70% ~ 80%, the r value increases with the reduction rate, up to 2.44.
