采用不同浓度PEG处理模拟干旱条件,研究42个不同遗传背景的油菜品种(系)在种子萌发期对干旱胁迫的表现,筛选耐旱性好的油菜种质资源.结果表明:不同油菜品种(系)对干旱胁迫的反应差异较大,根长、芽长、发芽指数均随着PEG浓度的提高而极显著降低.发芽率在10%PEG处理时略高于对照,15%PEG处理时显著低于对照.42个供试油菜品种(系)中,耐旱性较好的占23.8%;比较耐旱的占61.9%;耐旱性较差的占14.3%.其中88009的耐旱性最强,黔油4号的耐旱性最弱.在2种浓度PEG处理下,根长和发芽指数与隶属值间的秩相关系数分别达显著水平和极显著水平.根长和发芽指数可作为油菜种子萌发期耐旱性的评价指标.
The effects of different concentrations of PEG on simulated drought conditions were studied in 42 rapeseed lines (Brassica napus L.) with different genetic backgrounds at the germination stage and the drought tolerance rapeseed germplasm resources were screened.The results showed that: ) Had greater difference in response to drought stress.The root length, shoot length and germination index all decreased significantly with the increase of PEG concentration.The germination rate was slightly higher at 10% PEG treatment and significantly lower at 15% PEG treatment Among the 42 tested rape cultivars, 23.8% had better drought resistance, 61.9% more drought tolerant and 14.3% less drought tolerant, of which 88009 had the highest drought tolerance , Qianyou 4 had the weakest drought resistance.The rank correlation coefficient between the root length and the germination index and the membership value reached the significant level and the extremely significant level respectively under the two PEG treatments.The root length and germination index could be used as rape Evaluation Index of Drought Tolerance during Seed Germination.
