准确统计分析细菌鉴定及药敏试验结果，不仅是临床细菌实验室的要求，而且是医院内感染监测必不可少的内容。本系统充分利用计算机的特点，可快速、准确统计各种细菌的检出率，对细菌感染趋势进行追踪；通过统计分析细菌对抗生素的耐药性，指导临床医师合理选择抗生素进行抗感染治疗。为提高临床细菌实验室的管理水平、为医院感染监测方案的制订奠定了基础。
Accurate statistical analysis of bacterial identification and drug susceptibility test results is not only a requirement of the clinical bacterial laboratory, but also an indispensable content for monitoring of infection within the hospital. The system makes full use of the characteristics of the computer to quickly and accurately count the detection rate of various bacteria and trace the trend of bacterial infection. Through the statistical analysis of the resistance of bacteria to antibiotics, it guides clinicians to choose antibiotics for anti-infective treatment. In order to improve the management level of the clinical bacterial laboratory and lay the foundation for the formulation of the hospital infection monitoring program.
