本刊讯2月25日,国家文物局在广州组织召开全国文物拍卖管理工作座谈会。全国各有关省级文物行政主管部门及商务部、工商总局、中拍协等有关部门负责人共计50余人参加会议,会议由国家文物局博物馆与社会文物司司长段勇主持。国家文物局副局长关强出席会议并做重要讲话,中国拍卖行业协会李卫东秘书长及艺委会余锦生应邀参会。会议全面总结“十二五”期间全国文物拍卖管理情况,研究部署新形势下文物拍卖管理与服务工作,交流探讨文物拍卖经营资质审批下放及文物拍卖标的审核备
On February 25, the State Administration of Cultural Heritage organized a forum for the management of national cultural relics auctions in Guangzhou. More than 50 people from all relevant provincial cultural relics administrative departments, heads of the Ministry of Commerce, the State Administration of Industry and Commerce, the Association of Chinese Photographers and other departments attended the conference. The session was presided over by the section chief of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage Museum and Social Relics Division Duan Yong. Guan Qiang, deputy director of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage attended the meeting and made an important speech. Li Weidong, secretary general of the Chinese Auction Industry Association and Yu Jinsheng was invited to attend the meeting. The meeting comprehensively summarized the management of the national cultural relics auctions during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, studied the management and service of cultural relics auction under the new situation, and discussed the examination and approval of cultural relics auction business and the examination and approval of cultural relics auctions
