为克服长期存在的少数民族高端人才培养质量偏低问题,成就高水平专业技术人才,文章对高端人才培养最为重要的本科阶段培养质量进行了调研、研究和试点。文章提出并设计了可覆盖大纲培养标准和社会用人知识需求的辅助性量化学习指标。指标内容以解决衍生培养质量问题的语言和基础知识能力为目标,构建覆盖整个本科教育阶段、适应学生接受能力的辅助性约束指标,并将其分解到本科阶段的不同学期。
In order to overcome the long-standing problem of low-quality high-end cultivation of ethnic minorities and achieve high-level professional and technical personnel, the article conducts research, research and pilot training on the training quality of undergraduate education which is most important for high-end talent cultivation. The article proposes and designs supplementary quantitative learning indicators that can cover the outline training standards and social employment needs. The target content is to solve the problem of language and basic knowledge derived from the cultivation of quality problems as the goal, to build an auxiliary constraint index that covers the entire undergraduate education stage and adapts to the students’ acceptability, and decomposes it into different semesters of undergraduate course.
