那是一个星期天,友谊宾馆科学会堂多功能厅回荡着“阿拉”、“阿拉”的宁波乡音。九十多位宁波经济建设促进协会北京联谊会顾问、理事欢聚一堂,共叙乡情。宁波市正在北京学习的两位宁波市领导干部代表家乡政府向老乡们致意。其中那位高个儿、戴眼镜的年轻副市长就是民进中央委员陈守义同志。我接受《民主杂志主编的委托,采访了这位党外副市长。陈守义在京学习结束前夕,他在西郊中组部招待所住地接待了我。
