《敌机袭兰纪略》系路志霄20年前据李恭先生遗稿《文史别纪》中的有关日记内容整理成文的,原载于台湾出版的《甘肃文献》。李恭(1901-1970),字行之,甘肃甘谷人。民国十八年(1929年)考入北平中国大学文科国学系。初从范文澜、吴承仕学,旋游章太炎之门,曾入苏州章氏国学讲习会习声韵训诂。业成归来,任教兰州师范、甘肃学院,并主持创设武都师范,1942年调任兰州师范校长兼西北师院教授。1949年后,历任兰州师范校长、兰州二中副校长、甘肃省人民政府文化教育委员会委员、兰州市教育局副局长等职。李恭志行学术,奖掖后进,一生著述虽丰然多散佚,有《陇右方言发微》等刊行于世,另有《斯文异诂》、《文史别记》、《太平天国在甘肃》、《甘肃省县沿革》及《目录学之应用》等遗稿尚待刊行。
