本文观察了中药补肾密骨液对大鼠实验性骨质疏松症的影响,并以防治骨质疏松药尼尔雌醇、丙酸睾丸素及生理盐水作为对照。结果显示,中药组与雌、雄性激素组模鼠的骨矿密度及骨质无机元素钙、镁、锰、铜含量明显高于盐水组(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001);空腹尿钙/肌酐、羟脯氨酸/肌酐等,诸骨吸收生化指标明显低于盐水组(P<0.05,P<0.01).通过骨组织计量学参数值分析,表明补肾密骨液不仅能刺激衍化增生成骨细胞,产生较多的骨基质,使类骨质转变为矿化骨小梁;还能抑制破骨细胞的骨吸收活动,使模鼠的骨再建活动恢复正平衡状态。
This article observed the effect of Chinese herbal medicine Bushen Miguye on experimental osteoporosis in rats, and took control of osteoporosis drugs nilestriol, testosterone propionate and normal saline as controls. The results showed that bone mineral density and content of bone inorganic elements calcium, magnesium, manganese, and copper were significantly higher in Chinese herb group and female and male hormone group rats than in saline group (P<0.05, P<0.01, P< 0.001); fasting urine calcium / creatinine, hydroxyproline / creatinine, bone absorption biochemical indicators was significantly lower than the saline group (P <0.05, P <0.01). Through analysis of bone histomorphometric parameters, it was shown that Bushen Miguye can not only stimulate degeneration and production of bone cells, but also produce more bone matrix, transform osteoid to mineralized trabecular bone, and inhibit osteoclast bone formation. Absorption activities allow the remodeling of the rat’s bones to return to a positive balance.
