为开发和利用白刺生态和药用的双重价值 ,运用气相色谱 质谱联用技术 ,分析研究青藏高原唐古特白刺超临界二氧化碳萃取种子油的化学成分。应用色谱面积归一法测定了各成分的相对百分含量。从检出的 2 8个化合物中共鉴定了 12种成分 ,占总量的 85 99%。分别是 (Z ,Z) 9,12 十八碳二烯酸 (亚油酸 ) ,双环 [10 .1.0 ]十三碳 1 烯 ,7 十五炔 ,γ 谷甾醇 ,γ 生育酚 ,1,E 8,Z 10 十六碳三烯 ,9,12 十八碳二烯醛 ,2 4 甲基 5 胆甾烯 3 醇 ,(Z) 9,17 十八碳二烯醛 ,豆甾烷 3,5 二烯 ,二十烷等。其中 ,(Z ,Z) 9,12 十八碳二烯酸含量最高 ,占总量的 6 5 85 %。
In order to develop and utilize the dual value of ecological and medicinal properties of Nitraria, the chemical composition of seed oil extracted by supercritical CO_2 from Tangut Nitraria tangutorum in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau was analyzed by GC-MS. The relative percentage of each component was determined by the chromatographic area normalization method. A total of 12 compounds were identified from 28 compounds detected, accounting for 85.99% of the total. (Z, Z) 9, 12 octadecadienoic acid (linoleic acid), bicyclo [10 .1.0] tridecene 1 alkene, 7 pentadecyne, gamma sitosterol, gamma tocopherol, 1, E 8, Z 10 hexadecatriene, 9,12 octadecadienal, 2 4 methyl 5 cholestrenol, (Z) 9,17 octadecadienal, stibine 3,5 Dienes, eicosane and the like. Among them, (Z, Z) 9,12 octadecadienoic acid content of the highest, accounting for 6585% of the total.
