随着我国电力系统改革不断深化,发电企业的市场竞争越来越激烈,拥有一个良好的业绩评价体系十分重要。火电企业现有的业绩评价体系存在诸多缺陷,有必要进行改进。本文根据某火电企业的实际情况,根据平衡计分卡的业绩评价理论,从财务、客户、内部经营过程以及学习与成长四个方面构建指标体系,对火力发电厂的业绩进行系统的评价。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of power system in our country, the market competition of power generation enterprises is more and more fierce. It is very important to have a good performance evaluation system. The current performance evaluation system of thermal power enterprises has many flaws and it is necessary to improve it. According to the actual situation of some thermal power enterprises, according to the performance evaluation theory of BSC, this paper constructs the index system from four aspects of finance, customer, internal management and learning and growth, and makes a systematic evaluation on the performance of thermal power plant.
