作动器固定支座是飞机结构的重要连接元件之一,是承受和传递集中载荷且易发生疲劳破坏元件,也是飞机结构强度计算和细节分析的关键部位。文章通过对作动器固定支座结构优化设计和强度计算,结果表明:点点式作动器安装结构宜采用双面连接固定支座结构形式,且固定支座结构满足强度设计要求。
Actuator fixed bearing is one of the most important connecting elements of aircraft structure. It is a key part to bear and transmit concentrated loads and is prone to fatigue failure. It is also a key part of aircraft structural strength calculation and detail analysis. Through the optimization design and strength calculation of the actuator fixed bearing structure, the results show that the structure of the point actuator should be double-sided connection and fixed bearing structure, and the fixed bearing structure meets the strength design requirements.
