重庆市某医院医院感染横断面调查

目的了解医院感染的实际状况,分析影响因素,制定控制方案。方法采用横断面调查方法,对重庆市某医院2012年5月29日所有住院患者医院感染进行调查。结果实查该医院当日住院患者715例,发生医院感染17例,医院感染现患率为2.38%;感染病人主要分布于普外科、骨科和心血管内科。下呼吸道和泌尿道感染率构成比分别为31.58%和26.33%,分居前2位。调查当日使用抗菌药物236例,使用率为36.03%。结论该医院住院患者医院感染现患率不高,感染管理较规范,抗菌药物使用率符合规定的要求。 Objective To understand the actual status of nosocomial infection, analyze the influencing factors and formulate the control plan. Methods A cross-sectional survey method was used to investigate all hospitalized patients with nosocomial infection in a hospital in Chongqing City on May 29, 2012. Results A total of 715 hospitalized patients were hospitalized on that day, 17 were hospitalized, and the prevalence rate was 2.38%. The infected patients mainly distributed in general surgery, orthopedics and cardiovascular medicine. Lower respiratory tract and urinary tract infection rates constitute the ratio of 31.58% and 26.33%, respectively, the top two. On the day of investigation, 236 cases were used antibacterial drugs, the utilization rate was 36.03%. Conclusion The prevalence rate of nosocomial infection in hospital is not high, the management of infection is more standardized, and the usage rate of antimicrobial drugs conforms to the stipulated requirements.
