京石高速公路旧路堤边坡压实度低,如何补强新旧路堤结合部是拓宽中的关键技术问题。在京石拓宽工程K190+800~K190+900段对强力夯实追密补强技术开展了试验研究,结果表明:(1)夯点压实度平均增长值为3.68%。夯间土平均增长值为1.60%。(2)夯点0~30cm,30cm~60cm和60cm~90cm轻型触探锤击数平均增长率分别为24.3%,19.1%和28.8%。夯间土0~30cm,30cm~60cm,60cm~90cm的轻型触探锤击数平均增长率分别为3.2%,5.1%和25.9%。可见,强力夯击后土体的轻型触探锤击数、强度和承载力均有明显增长。(3)夯点0~30cm范围内锤击次数增长更明显,夯间土60~90cm范围内锤击次数增长更明显。(4)强力夯实能有效提高土体的压实度,提高土体的强度和承载力,用于追密补强新旧路基结合部效果良好。
The compaction degree of old embankment slope of Jingshi Expressway is low. How to reinforce the junction of old and new embankments is a key technical issue in broadening. The experiment and research on strengthening compaction and reinforcement technology in K190 + 800 ~ K190 + 900 section of Jingshi widening project was carried out. The results show that: (1) The mean compaction degree of ram point is 3.68%. The average increase of rammer soil is 1.60%. (2) The average growth rates of light touch hammering at 0 ~ 30cm, 30cm ~ 60cm and 60cm ~ 90cm at rammer point are 24.3%, 19.1% and 28.8% respectively. The mean increase rates of light-touch hammering numbers for rammer soil of 0-30cm, 30-60cm, 60cm-90cm were 3.2%, 5.1% and 25.9% respectively. Can be seen, after a strong tamping of the soil light touch hammer number, strength and bearing capacity have increased significantly. (3) The number of hammering increases more obviously in the range of 0 ~ 30cm in rammer point, and the increase of hammering number in the range of 60 ~ 90cm of rammer soil is more obvious. (4) Strong compaction can effectively improve the degree of compaction of soil, improve the strength and bearing capacity of soil, and reinforce the connection between old and new road subgrade with good effect.
