我们在一本房地产杂志上先来谈谈“离婚”吧。离婚确实与房地产产生了直接关系。北京市民政局发布的权威数据,今年前三季度北京离婚夫妇为39075对,超过去年全年数量,同比暴增41%。虽然北京近年的离婚率一直稳中有升,但如此高的增幅非常罕见。婚姻专家分析,离婚率的上升与独生子女不懂得包容和谦让相关,但暴涨的离婚率确是因为北京的房子。今年3月,北京出台的国五条细则规定,严格按个人转让住房所得的20%征收个人所得税,该政策仅仅对个人转让自用5年以上并且是家庭唯一生活用房免征个人所得税。

Although the divorce rate in Beijing has been steadily rising in recent years, such a high rate of increase is very rare. Marriage expert analysis, the increase in divorce rates and only children do not know tolerance and humility related, but the soaring divorce rate is indeed because of Beijing’s house. In March of this year, the five detailed rules promulgated by Beijing stipulated that personal income tax should be levied at a rate of 20% of the personal transfer of housing. This policy is for individuals who transfer their own use for more than five years and is exempt from personal income tax for the only living space for the family.
